Dear Secretary

We have had a few incident reports over the last couple of weeks in relation to abuse towards match officials from players managers and spectators. Can you please highlight with your managers and coaches the club code of conduct and also relay this to the parents/guardians of the players as this behaviour will not be tolerated.

Every club are responsible for the behaviour of their sidelines on match day and clubs found in breach of the rules will be sanctioned accordingly.

Also can you please make sure that team sheets are filled out correctly with correct name and number to avoid confusion in the case of an incident report. If they are not correctly filled out by the manager and names do not match numbers there is nothing the official or the league committee can do in the case of mistaken identity when a player is sanctioned for an offence.
